This second print of Chungshan Building stamps were printed on a different paper and color from those of the first print. A noticeable difference is a thick frame added to the stamp design.
In December 1971 and afterward, additional prints of denominations under 1.00 were made, designs, coloration, and paper used are similar to those issued earlier with the exception of 50 million copies of the 0.50 stamp and 90 million copies of the 1.00 stamp. The paper used for the last mentioned stamps is locally produced white 76-lb watermarked paper of large 〝郵〞(post)(P-83) but with least dyed fiber.
