To meet service needs, a set of the 3rd print of the Kinmen Chu Kwang Tower Postage Stamps was issued. The stamp takes the Chu Kwang Tower at Kinmen as its central design, but with an ornamental frame added for its border lines. The paper used is the 76-lb 〝郵〞(post) watermarked stamp paper as shown on (P-81).
With the exception of 1.50 denomination, the additional prints released in 1965 and 1966 bear the same design and same denomination as those issued previously.
