To mark the event of the "ROCUPEX 2017 TAICHUNG & R.O.C.-THAILAND STAMP EXHIBITION", which will be held at the 9th Floor, Pacific Department Store, Fengyuan District, Taichung City, from May 17 to 21, 2017, Chunghwa Post is issuing a set of postage label featuring protected animal - sika deer. The design of sika deer is portrayed with realistic style with grass green shading. On the lower left corner of each label is a serial number with three English letters (which signify the roll number) and four Arabic numerals. A total of 1,300 rolls with 1,000 labels each will be issued.
