To mark the event of the “Cross-strait Rare Stamps Exhibition,” which will be held at the 6th Floor of Postal Museum, from December 14 to 18, 2018, Chunghwa Post is specially overprinting “海峽兩岸珍郵特展紀念” (in commemoration of Cross-strait Rare Stamps Exhibition) on the Sika Deer Postage Label, which was issued on May 17, 2017. This postage label is to commemorate the history of cross-strait friendship that mainland China gave us the giant panda pair in 2008 and we offered in return the sika deer pair in 2011. A maximum card will also be issued for philately lovers. On the lower left corner of each label is a serial number with three English letters (which signify the roll number) and four Arabic numerals.
