Printed in two horizontal panels below the ribbon are the Arabic figures, and in two vertical panels in the right and left corners at the bottom are the characters 〝臺灣〞(Taiwan) and 〝貼用〞(for use), while the characters 〝欠資郵票〞(postage-due stamp) appear in a horizontal line between them. The whole set consists of five denominations, all in blue color.
