The printing of Dr. Sun Yat-sen definitive stamps for use in the Northeastern Provinces was soon followed by the continuation of a contract with the Peiping Printing Bureau of the Central Engraving & Printing Works for the printing of a set of postage-due stamps for use also in that zone. The wording〝限東北貼用〞(restricted for use in Northeastern Provinces) is seen in a panel at the bottom. Each side of the stamp is decorated with seven beads. The whole set consists of six denominations valued from 10¢to $5, all in blue.
