To stimulate public interest in Chinese traditional culture and folklore art, this Directorate released a set of Children's Plays Postage Stamps. The set consists of four 3.00 stamps. They depict four kinds of play of childhood-the toy windmill, the top, the woven-grass grasshopper and the bamboo pony. In addition, a souvenir sheet (150×100 mm.) was issued, composed of one each of the four stamps. A booklet consisting of two sets of the stamps was also issued on the same day.
