In conjunction with the promotion of the Chinese Cultural Renaissance Movement, this Directorate released a second set of the Traditional Chinese Costume series. The stamps were designed by Professor Hu Zerman under the direction of Professor Wang Yu-ching, head of the Society for Study of Chinese Costume. The four stamps are described in the following:
