In cooperation with the Twelve New Cultural Development Projects, this Directorate released a third set in the series of Chinese Classical Poetry Postage Stamps on February 15, 1984-Drama Day. This set focuses on Yuan Ch'u, lyrical poetry of the Yuan dynasty, which long held a central position in Chinese classical literature.The four pieces were selected under the guidance of Professor Yeh Ching-ping, Chairman of the Department of Chinese Literature, National Taiwan University.Like earlier sets issued, the designs for this set of stamps were drawn by the renowned artist, Professor Lin Tien-shih.His drawings capture the poets' word images and transform them into visual experience. 　　The poems selected are as follows： 2.00 Kuan Yun-shih's Hsiao-liang-chou 3.00 Po Pu's Tien-ching-sha 5.00 Chang Ko-chiu's Ch'ing-chiang-yin 18.00 Shang Cheng-shu's Tien-ching-sha
