  The characters 〝吉黑貼用〞 (for use in Kirin-Heilungkiang) in Regular-Wriing style are overprinted in two vertical lines on both sides of the Memorial Hall in the Mausoleum by the Peiping Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance.  The sale of the stamps overprinted for use in Kirin-Heilungkiang commenced in Harbin on May 30, 1929.
