The Changhua County Government is holding the 2004 Taiwan Flower Expo at the Hsichou Farm, Hsichou Rural Township, Changhua County from January 17 to March 14, 2004. The exhibit includes rare domestic and foreign flowers, endemic tree species, various new gardening techniques and applications of flower arts. Combining flowers with technology and the arts, it is the first future-oriented Taiwan flower expo.   In coordination with the 2004 Taiwan Flower Expo, Chunghwa Post is issuing a “Flowers Postage Stamps —Bulbs (Issue of 2004)” souvenir sheet with an overprint of “2004 Taiwan Flower Expo Commemorative Souvenir Sheet” to be sold at the venue on January 17, 2004, the opening date of the Expo.
