　　In order to give an opportunity for all lovers of philately in southern Taiwan to view the exhibits which were awarded bronze medals and above in the Asian International Invitation Stamp Exhibition Taipei '93, the Kuo-kuang Stamp Exhibition-1993 was held from December 21 to 27, 1993 at GRAND 50 TOWER in Kaohsiung. 　　To mark this occasion, this Directorate released a commemorative souvenir sheet which was printed on the New Year's Greeting Souvenir Sheet (Issue of 1993) with red overprinted Chinese characters 「八十二年國光郵展紀念」and「十二月二十一日至二十七日」, and has six additional perforations
