In celebration of the 90th anniversary of the Chinese postal service, this Directorate released a set of four stamps and a souvenir sheet on March 20, 1986, Postal Day. The four motifs featured on the stamps highlight the many efforts made by the Chinese postal service towards quality of service and better working efficiency. The souvenir sheet (130×100 mm.) is printed with the four stamps arranged in the form of a block.
