The year 1985 marked the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Girl Scouts. To demonstrate the positive role played by Girl Scouts, this Directorate released a set of two stamps on June 1, 1985. The two stamps share a common design, which depicts a girl scout as well as the Girl Scout emblem.
