　　 A special exhibition was held at the new Postal Museum building October 10-16, 1984 to mark the occasion of the inauguration of the new building. The exhibition consisted of four different parts：postal history, postal business, philately, and an invitational stamp show. The souvenir sheet is composed of the three stamps of the new Postal Museum building commemorative issue.
