　　 To celebrate the 40th Journalist Day on September 1, 1983, this Directorate released a stamp on that date.The stamp takes as its main design the symbols of the journalists, the TV screen, an antenna tower and radio waves, representing journalist's mission and function. 　　From this issue on, a limitation of sale period was fixed for each commemorative or special stamp. However, those sold before the suspension date are still valid for postage.
