　　 Marking the opening of ROCPEX TAIPEI ’81, an international stamp exhibition which celebrates the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China, a commemorative set of two stamps was released.　The background is a unique design which features small multi-colored rectangles in the likeness of postage stamps. The color pattern outlines the Chinese Characters 〝seventy〞to honor the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of China. The foreground motif features the official 70th anniversary emblem.
