This issue consists of two stamps-2.00 and 12.00. The former depicts the emblem of Rotary International as well as an Arabic figure 75, while the latter features the symbol specially prepared for its 75th anniversary together with pictures representing its services.　　Rotary International was founded in Chicago, the United States, by an American named Paul Harris, a lawyer, in 1905. The members rotated their meetings weekly from one office to another, hence the name 〝Rotary〞. The objectives of Rotary are development of acquaintance as an opportunity for service, high ethical standards of business and professions, and advancement of international understanding, good-will, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional men united in the ideal of service. Rotary was at first a local club, but later in 1910 became a worldwide organization. Up to now, the membership totals almost 800,000, who belong to 18,000 clubs in 153 districts located throughout the world.
