　　To commemorate the 12th Convention of the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Association held in Taipei on April 2-10,1973, a set of stamps was issued. The 1.00 stamp takes the tools often used by contractors as the motif, and the 5.00 stamp features a bulldozer in operation in front of a giant building under construction.
