On March 20, 1956, th 60th anniversary of the Postal Service, a Postal Exhibition was held in Taipei. The items on display were diagrams of the postal business, models of postal facilities, and postage stamps of domestic and foreign issues. The Philatelic Association of China and various local philatelists joined in the show with their collections. In commemoration of this exhibition, two separate commemorative stamps in souvenir sheets were issued.　　The souvenir sheet (148 × 103 mm.) consists of a $2 commemorative stamp and is full of floral decorations with the central design printed in intaglio and other parts printed in typography in bi-color process.
