      The Dr. Sun Yat-sen Issue of the 2nd and 3rd Shanghai Dah Tung Prints was given by the Hunan Postal District Head Office to the Nan Yo Printing Press, Changsha (長沙南嶽印刷所) for surcharge with No. 5 Sung typeset characters in black. The characters expressing the surcharged value were overprinted in the upper right corner, and the character〝湘〞(Hsiang) was overprinted in the lower left corner.
