      The overprint was made by the Union Printing Press of the Chung Hwa Book Co., Shanghai in black. On the sides of the stamp is the overprinted wording and the value in No.4 Regular-Writing characters, and in a horizontal line across the top is the inscription〝限東北貼用〞(restricted for use in Northeastern Provinces) in No.5 Regular-Writing characters, while the Arabic figures are shown in a rectangular panel at the bottom.
