      Detailed explanations were given above in the 2nd Peking Print Hall of Classics Issue with the overprinted character 〝桂〞(Kuei) meaning for use in the Kwangsi District.　　Five denominations of stamps were overprinted with the character 〝黔〞(Ch'ien). However, only the stamps of $1, $2, and $5 denominations were put on sale, while those of $10 and $20 denominations were not issued.
