This Directorate continued to issue a set of "2nd Print of Dragons Circling Two Carps Postage Stamps" with the denominations of NT$300.00 and NT$500.00 respectively for the public to pay higher postage. The Chinese numerals on the top of the stamps and the Chinese wordings "中華民國郵票" (Postage Stamp of the Republic of China) on the bottom of the stamps have been changed to read from left to right. The two stamps will be issued on August 3, 2001 and China Engraving & Printing Works will print them in intaglio process.

(1) First Day Cover in small size to be sold at NT$2 apiece.
(2) Folder especially prepared for the stamps to be sold at NT$5 apiece.
(3) Folder with crystal mount for better protection of the stamps to be so ld at NT$5 apiece.
(4) Loose-leaf stamp album page with plastic cover to be sold at NT$8 apiece.
(5) Pre-cancelled First Day Cover affixed with a low- valued stamp to be sold at NT$302 apiece.
(6) Pre-cancelled First Day Cover affixed with a complete set of sta mps to be sold at NT$802 apiece.
