　To meet postal business requirements, the 2nd Print of Nine Major Construction Projects Postage Stamps was released in two installments-the first issue consisting of five denominations was released on September 22, 1976 and the second issue consisting of four denominations was released on December 1, 1976. These stamps are printed on the same paper and with the same designs as those of the first print, but the color of some of the denominations and the type of six Chinese characters of the 〝Postage Stamp of the Republic of China〞are different.
