As there was only a small stock of the Flying Geese stamps overprinted with small characters, another lot of Flying Geese stamps bearing no face value was overprinted for subsequent use. The overprint was done by the Central Engraving and Printing Works, Taipei by zinc plates. The characters overprinted on stamps are square in shape while the Arabic figures are encircled by anoval decoration. These overprinted stamps are known as the〝 Second Print Flying Geese.〞
