Can I send abroad wooden postcards bought in scenic spots? How is the postage calculated?

Wooden postcards sold in scenic areas can be sent abroad. Although its size is standard, its material doesn't meet postcard standard, as required by Article 13 of post office protocol, so the postage should be calculated as follows:
1. It should be sent as a letter if it is written with words, which makes it correspondence.
2. It should be sent as printed matter if there is no written word on it.
