1. To ensure the security of your account, starting April 1, 2025, our company has ceased accepting requests, either in-person or online, to designate “cryptocurrency platform deposit accounts” as designated transfer accounts for ATM Cards, iPOST (including the APP), or the Voice System. Additionally, effective May 28, 2025, previously designated accounts have also been terminated. These accounts will no longer appear in the “Designated Transfer Account List” on our automated platforms.
2. Our company will implement corresponding measures based on the periodically updated list of cryptocurrency platform operators published by the Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider Association.
3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
