Dear customers,
To enhance the security of your account, our company will be adjusting the services related to designated transfer accounts categorized as "cryptocurrency platform deposit and withdrawal accounts." The details are as follows:
1. Our company has stopped accepting applications (both in-person and online) to set up designated transfer accounts categorized as "cryptocurrency platform deposit and withdrawal accounts" for ATM Cards, iPOST (including the APP), or the Voice System.
2. Starting from May 28, 2025, for customers who have previously set up designated transfer accounts categorized as "cryptocurrency platform deposit and withdrawal accounts" for ATM Cards, iPOST (including the APP), and the Voice System, the following adjustments will take effect:
(1) "Termination" of the designated transfer account settings for "cryptocurrency platform deposit and withdrawal accounts." These accounts will no longer appear in the "Designated Transfer Account List"  on various automated platforms.
(2) "Suspension" of the designated transfer service for "cryptocurrency platform deposit and withdrawal accounts.".
