During Labor Day Holiday, starting from Apr. 30th to May. 2nd, 2022, all Post Office business counters will remain closed except for the one at the National Palace Museum, Taipei (National Palace Museum Post Office), which will be open as usual to provide foreign exchange transactions, philatelic services and sales of agential goods services.

     During the extended weekend holiday, neither the delivery of parcels, express and ordinary mail, nor the collection of mail from roadside mailboxes will be made. However, in response to customers' needs, mail delivery for Speedpost, including Domestic Speedpost and International EMS, will continue as usual. The acceptance of Speedpost will remain available at every post office that operates a Postal Affairs Section, and at those stationed by watchmen or security guards. (Please refer to the attached Table for more details.) Please be informed that International EMS services are also available at the International EMS Subsection and the Air Freight Subsection of the Taipei Mail Processing Center (Address: No.18, Hangqin North Road, Dayuan District, Taoyuan City). However, USPS and postal administrations of EU require electronic advance data (ITMATT) for all inbound international postal items containing goods, therefore, please post the International EMS for the above countries at any post office on business hours.

     iBoxes, ATMs, PO Boxes, and Self-Service Post Offices around the country will continue serving the public 24/7. You are welcome to use these services.
