Services of Voice Inquiry:
General Service: No pin number requirement
Inquiry for fixed savings, pass-book savings, annual yield on postal giro savings and the rate on international remittances
Report lost on pass-book savings, ATM card or fixed deposit certificate
Special Service: Need to apply the pin number & input the Voice pin number

Voice Inquiry applying procedures:
Voice pin number setting, change and cancellation
The participate who applies this service should bring your photo I.D., pass-book and original registered chop stamp to on-line post offices( non-joint pass-book savings should brings them to registered post office) for assistance; one set for each pin number account setting; same procedure with the service cancellation
Participate can change the pin number by on-line voice inquiry system. However, participate should apply the new pin number by on-line post offices, if participate lost the pin number.
Voice inquiry transferring system
Funds transferring between the pass-book savings and postal giro transferring accounts doesn't need to make reservation in front.
Funds transferring between accounts should prepare pass-book savings and original registered chop stamp to on-line post office (non-joint passbook savings, please arrive at the registered office) to assign the inward account
Participate should be the on-line post office anywhere (non-joint passbook savings, please arrive at the registered office) to stop this service or have this by interacting with the voice inquiry system
