Wow! You also have a VISA debit card issued by the post office. |
Liz |
: |
Yep. It has all the basic functions of a typical chip card, but it can also be used as a credit card at home and abroad. |

It’s really convenient. I use mine at stores and restaurants or when I charge online purchases via mail order or from home shopping channels. |

How can the card be used overseas? |
Liz |
: |
When you go abroad, just look for vendors with a VISA sticker, and you can use the card to buy things. Or you can go to any ATM with the VISA logo, enter your six-digit VISA password, and get cash in the local currency. |

Even better is that you get a cash rebate. The rebate is at least 0.5 percent of every purchase made. |

That’s a lot more practical than accumulating reward points! |
Rosa |

It’s also impossible to max out the card! You can’t charge more than your balance, so there’s no way to overdraw your account. |
Liz |
: |
So you never run into having to pay really high revolving interest on card debt! |

Right. The post office also holds a number of promotions. |
