For domestic mail, inquiries will be accepted
within a period of six months from the date on
which the item was posted.
For international letter post and parcel post
mail, the inquiries will be accepted within a
period of six months from the day after that on
which the item was posted.
For international EMS items, the inquiries will
be accepted within a period of 3 months from the
day after that on which the item was posted and
no liability be claimed from the Post if item
posted over 3 months without an inquiry.
