Q:	What is "claimed registered mail"?
A:	After a failed second delivery attempt of domestic registered mail, the post office will issue a notification and inform the addressee to pick up the mail at the post office or other designated place. The addressee should take the notification with his ID card and chop to pick up the mail within the 15 days after receiving the notification.
