The postage rates are based on the greater of the volumetric weight or 1.5 multiple of actual weight
(Effective Oct. 23, 2008). The postage rates are the same as the price table.
If the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight multiplied by 1.5, the shipping charge will
be based on the volumetric weight. Otherwise, it is still based on the actual weight.
Volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) ÷ 6,000.
