1.International postal MO: It is safe and convenient for remitting overseas

Card system: International postal MO (MP1 bis or MP12 bis) is issued by remitting countries to remittee for getting paid through the countries cashing MO. Countries adopting card system include Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, France and Brazil.
b.
List System: Detailed list of remittance is written on detailed list of international postal MO and sent by remitting countries to exchange bureau of the countries cashing MO. And then according to detailed list of remittance, exchange bureau will make paying ticket of international postal MO for remittee for getting paid. Countries adopting system of detailed list include Korea, Malaysia, Italy and United States.

Directorate General of the Postal Remittances and Savings Bank is the exchange bureau for international postal MO in R.O.C.

Ingoing remittance: Post offices appointed by PRSB (listed on international postal MO or domestic paying ticket) are available for dealing with paying for MO.
(4)
Outgoing remittance: It is limited to 30,000 U.S dollars or equivalent francs.

Areas covered for international exchange include all places reached by communication network of Citibank except Cuba, North Korea, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar, Angola and Yugoslavia.

Foreign Workers Remittance: Certificate of residence for foreign labors, or passport, completion of application form of international money order are required. Areas available for this service include the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.
