4. Withdrawal after maturity:
When your certificates of deposit is due, please return to the post office where you opened the account with your certificates of deposit, ID card and original chop to withdraw.
5. Auto-renewal or auto-transfer:
You may apply for auto-renewal or auto-transfer at the same time when you open the account.
6. Certificates of deposit loan:
Certificates of deposit holder may apply for a loan within the maximum 90% of the principal shown on this deposit.
7. Loss of your certificates of deposit:
Whenever you find out your certificates of deposit has been lost, please use Customer Service Center voice service hotline 0800700365 (or payment number 04-23542030 if you dial through a cell phone) to announce the loss.
