Description
To acquaint people at home and abroad with Quemoy and Matsu, this Directorate released a set of four stamps which depict such scenic spots as Quemoy Ku-kang Lake, Quemoy Kuang-hai (look out on the sea) Stone, Matsu Sheng-li (Victory)& Reservoir, and Matsu Tung-chu Lighthouse.
