Description
The first anniversary of the inauguration of President Chiang's third term was on May 20, 1961. To pay our tribute and to celebrate this significant occasion, a set of commemorative postage stamps was issued. The stamps consist of 0.80 and 2.00 denominations, both have President Chiang's portrait as the central subjects.
On the same day, the souvenir sheet (136×100 mm.) consisting of 0.80 and 2.00 stamps was issued simultaneously.
